A lot of CentOS based RPMs requires ruby-libs RPM.  Elff RPM repository has a single Ruby spec file that builds both the Ruby and ruby-libs packages but I can&#039;t make it to work to build for newer ruby versions.  Does anyone know how to build the ruby-libs package along with the ruby RPM package?</description>
