Zachary Fierstadt
Zachary serves as Lightcrest's Chief Executive Officer and is instrumental in determining long-term strategic direction of the company. He previously served as chief architect of Myspace.com, and has consulted for Microsoft as a solutions architect, specializing in open source integration and large-scale search technology. In addition, he has also served as CTO for multiple media and technology startups in Southern California. Zachary studied Economics at the University of London.
Michael Hughes
Michael serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer, charged with executing operational strategy and maintaining efficiency across the Lightcrest client portfolio. He has worked in engineering and architectural capacities for many leading technology and media organizations and previously consulted for Microsoft in the enterprise search sector. In addition to proprietary technologies he has over a decade of architectural and executive experience at open source-driven startups. Michael holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
Ryan Guffey
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Ryan is responsible for the oversight and management of Lightcrest's national sales force. With experience in artist management and consumer goods industries, Ryan's strong operating knowledge of regional distribution is critical to Lightcrest's channel, VAR partner, and direct sales strategies. Ryan holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Nathan Cornelius
Nathan Cornelius serves as Lightcrest's chief mathematician and contributes in the areas of product design, market analysis, and statistical understanding. He formerly was a systems engineer at Finisar Corporation. Nathan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, he holds an ME in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Biomedical Engineering department there.
Chris Hansen
Chris Hansen brings over a decade of technical operations management experience as Lightcrest's Vice President of Datacenter Operations. His responsibilities include oversight of systems deployments, outlining technical strategy, and maintaining key vendor relationships in Lightcrest's integrated datacenter environment. Chris holds a BS in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.
