Lightcrest provides managed services for public cloud platforms, hosting, and other cloud based solutions and consulting services (the “Services”) to businesses (“Clients”). Our Website provides visitors and prospective customers information about us and our Services.

When Clients use our Services such as hosting, they provide us with third party data. We only collect this data in accordance with our Client’s instructions. This means that our Clients are in control of the data they upload to and utilize with our Services, and we are the processor of the personal data for our Clients. This Privacy Notice does not apply to personal data that our Clients collect or receive in utilizing our Services. It is the Client who will remain responsible for the handling of personal data that the Client collects and for compliance with any applicable data protection and/or privacy laws. This Privacy Policy explains our data collection practices only in the circumstances in which we act as a data controller.
